DELIVERY TIME

Normal shipping times, assuming there is stock, are 4 weeks; in the event that there isn’t, as some items must be made to order, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks. We always try to keep the waiting time to a minimum.

SHIPPING

In order to make deliveries as efficiently as possible, we work with Fedex and DHL. In certain situations we can offer shipping discounts, in an effort to make things easier for the customer.

CUSTOMS AND VAT

If you are purchasing in a nation where import charges are levied, the postal service will require you to pay an import tax, which you will then pay to your government. If you choose not to pay the duty and the part is safely returned to us, we will refund you for the part less the additional return shipping fees. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All our products are shipped insured; breakage is unusual, but if it does occur, please notify us as soon as possible (24 – 48 h) and supply as many photographs showing the box’s condition and original packaging as possible. We will file a claim with the insurance company and begin the shipment of a replacement part. Wile exchanges and returns are possible, we will evaluate the cause for the change in each individual situation. The customer is responsible for tracking after the shipment trace is established and delivered to them. If the client is absent from the address, they must contact the shipping firm and amend the shipping address supplied. The parcel will be returned to the sender after three failed delivery attempts. The costs associated with this operation and the new shipment are borne by the client.
